About Brian
I build growth systems. For 15+ years, I’ve stepped into companies where marketing was busy but fragmented. I turned it into something leadership can use to manage pipeline, forecast growth, and tie spend to revenue.
I’ve done it in B2B and B2C, at a startup, through an IPO, and at a 50-year-old company. I work at a strategic level, but I still build the infrastructure myself.
Based in Arlington, Virginia. Working with companies anywhere.

Why that matters to you
I don’t start from a blank page. The Growth Operating System is the approach I’ve already run inside real budgets and with real sales teams. So I can step in and start the work right away. When I tell you what to fix, it’s because I’ve fixed it before.
How I think about AI in growth marketing
Most teams use AI to do the same work faster. I think the bigger opportunity is better decisions. AI can analyze more data than a team can, spot trends earlier, and automate the routine work. That frees your people to focus on the work that grows revenue.
AI also changed how buyers find you. Many ask an AI tool for a shortlist before they visit a website. So I look at how those tools describe your company in every growth review. It runs through all six parts of the Growth Operating System.
Growth got harder for everyone. Most playbooks haven’t caught up.
AI builds the shortlist
92%
of B2B buyers say AI shaped their vendor shortlist.
Everyone got louder
Half
of new articles online are now written by AI. Generic content disappears. A clear point of view stands out.
Proving ROI got harder
74%
of marketing and finance leaders have cut or scaled back initiatives because they didn’t trust the measurement.
Teams are stretched
30%
of CMOs at $1B+ companies say they have what they need to deliver on their AI goals. Smaller teams usually have less.

None of these gets solved by working harder. They get solved by a system built for how buyers act today.
